Position: Service Advisor

Classification: Full-Time, Immediate Hire

What drives your day-to-day
  • Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs.
  • Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
  • Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone
  • Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration.
  • Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms.
  • Connecting customers to the right auto technician
  • Test-driving vehicles to confirm the customers’ vehicle is repaired as needed.
  • Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role, preferred
  • CDK experience is an asset
  • Automotive knowledge
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many priorities
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to remain calm when customers and/or situations are not
  • Organization and follow-up skills
  • Experience and desire to work with technology
