• Provide exceptional dining experiences for Earls guests. Using your multi-tasking skills, deliver exceptional service by anticipating and meeting the needs of guests.
• Create authentic connections in every interaction. Elevate the guest experience through engaging and meaningful conversations with guests.
• Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems with your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
• Demonstrate passion for the guest experience. Display love for food and drink through exceptional menu and product knowledge.
• Adapt to any situation with ease. Use strong organizational skills and a commitment to the guest experience.

What we need from you

• 1 year of restaurant experience.
• A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
