Experiences and Skills You’ll Use to Solve
  • You’ll develop your consulting skills in a dynamic, diverse, and fast-paced M&A team focused on helping create and capture value throughout an acquisition or a divestiture.
  • You’ll help clients grow faster, work smarter, and solve problems that matter to create tangible value through M&A.
  • Projects include growth and turnaround strategies, fully integrated due diligence, organisation design, change management and culture, operational excellence, and the creation/review of financial models.
  • You’ll work with inspiring leaders who will help you achieve your goals and develop business acumen, consulting project management, and coaching skills.

When you join us you’ll have opportunities to develop consulting skills in HR, IT, Finance, Strategy, Transaction Management, Corporate Development, models and analytics, and Operations within your first 2 years. As you progress your career you’ll have the opportunity to align to core skills based on your interests and business needs.

Skills & Education:

  • Enrolled in or completed post-secondary education
  • An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate new ideas
  • Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills, with an ability to think broadly and to ask questions about data, facts, and other information to deliver quality to our clients

Location & Other Requirements:

  • You’ll be comfortable travelling to cities across Canada (when deemed safe to do so by applicable public health or regulatory authorities and PwC)
  • This role requires that you are legally entitled to work for PwC in Canada for the intended duration of the offer/contract.
  • French/English bilingualism is welcome but not required.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $74,000 plus eligibility for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within the range depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Note that the salary range is reflected for our British Columbia region; regional differences may apply due to national recruiting practices.
