Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in planning, design, engineering, and construction of transportation/transit projects.
• Experience with BC-MOTT (Ministry of Transportation and Transit) as an organization and project delivery is required.
• Proven expertise in engineering advisory, program/project management, project controls, and construction management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor intermediate and junior staff members.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline and analyze market trends.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, spanning public and private sector projects.
