Qualifications

• 10 years focused on training programs development and delivery for the defense sector.
• Knowledge of training development processes and systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition of fully integrated Training Solutions.
• Act as the main focal point and Design Authority on training solutions.
• Participate in training product R&D road map definitions.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive Solution Reviews to stakeholders.
