A consulting firm specializing in social impact is looking for a Senior Specialist, Social Impact Consulting. This role involves conducting research, preparing project deliverables, and engaging with Indigenous clients. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in related roles and strong project management skills. This position is located in Canada, offering a chance to make a significant impact in communities.

Through our deep expertise in negotiation, economic development, engagement, advocacy, program design and social impact, we help clients create and navigate transformational change in their communities. Our strengths make us a sought after and trusted partner with all parties working to support major natural resource and Infrastructure projects.
Under the direction of the Director, Social Impact Consulting, the Senior Specialist, Social Impact Consulting is responsible for conducting research activities, preparing project deliverables for our Indigenous clients, drafting policies and procedures, terms of reference, briefs, presentations, reports and provide overall project support to the Social Impact Consulting Practice Area. You have excellent written and oral communications skills and are passionate about partnering with Indigenous communities and organizations to support their vision for the future.
The Senior Specialist, Social Impact Consulting is a point of contact with specific clients and will coordinate or manage project resources across the practice area and the company.
Experience as a consultant, or within a consulting practice, would be considered an asset
