A major financial institution in Toronto is seeking an Enterprise Content Manager Developer to design and develop ECM solutions targeting digital document management needs. This role involves integrating applications, developing RESTful APIs, and working in an Agile team environment. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of application development experience, strong SQL skills, and proficiency in Java and ECM platforms. You'll have opportunities to develop innovative solutions that transform ECM processes to support business goals.
As an Enterprise Content Manager Developer, you will participate in the technical design and development of cross-functional enterprise content management (ECM) systems. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of ECM platforms, industry best practices, frameworks, and programming/scripting languages to deliver innovative solutions. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technology partners, you will identify technical requirements, design robust solutions, and validate implementations to achieve critical business OKRs (objectives and key results).
This role focuses on designing and developing enterprise-grade content management and workflow solutions for RBC's digital document and content management needs. Working within an Agile product development environment, you will enable business partners to adopt solutions quickly while delivering highly scalable, resilient, and secure systems.
