Summit Search Group is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Representative to join our client’s team at Shippam & Associates in Winnipeg, MB. For nearly 50 years, Shippam has been a trusted leader in promotional products and branded merchandise, helping organizations across Western Canada create distinctive, eco-friendly, and customized brand solutions.
This role is ideal for a polished, ambitious sales professional who is ready to take the next step in their career — growing business and building client relationships.
New Business Development – Identify and qualify leads, nurture accounts, and establish long-term partnerships across Manitoba and beyond.
Client Solutions – Promote Shippam’s full product line, including branded apparel, promotional goods, workwear, recognition awards, and online company stores.
Team Support – Provide guidance to inside sales teams and ensure smooth account transitions.
Collaboration – Partner with colleagues in sales, administration, and production to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient follow-through.
Technology Use – Utilize Syncore CRM and reporting tools to track activity, manage pipelines, and drive sales processes.
5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in promotional products, consumer goods, or related industries.
Proven success in business development and account management.
Previous experience mentoring or leading peers; management experience is an asset.
Tech-savvy with CRM/ERP systems (experience with Syncore is an asset).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel across Manitoba, with occasional national travel.
