Under the direction of the Vice President – Underwriting & Risk / Asset Management, the Senior Real Estate Analyst assists the Investments team with the underwriting and analysis of existing loans and potential financing transactions. The Senior Real Estate Analyst must be able to efficiently and effectively articulate their analysis verbally and in written communications. A successful candidate will regularly be dealing with competing deadlines and shifting priorities due to the transaction-based nature of the role. The Senior Real Estate Analyst is expected to be able to effectively complete research tasks, property valuations, loan reviews and investment proposal write-ups in a timely manner with limited guidance and oversight.
