Job description

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled QC professional to oversee quality control activities, ensure product compliance, and maintain strong relationships with our customers and suppliers. This role is ideal for someone looking to step into a managerial path while contributing directly to the company’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise QC inspection plans, schedules, and quality record management
  • Review and prepare quality records for internal use and customer submission
  • Control and update customer drawings and revisions
  • Manage in-house and supplier quality processes
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
  • Address customer complaints and participate in root cause analysis
  • Assist with ISO quality system documentation and improvement initiatives
  • Support equipment calibration and safety risk assessment activities
  • Mentor and guide QC inspectors as needed
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in quality control or assurance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
  • Strong technical knowledge in blueprint reading, GD&T, and First Article Inspection (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standardsProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PDF tools
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin for coordination with China office
  • Available for immediate or short-notice joining
