Our client has an immediate requirement for a Senior OCM Consultant (Part-Time) – Supporting Change for a ServiceNow-Based Transformation Across IT, HR & Finance

Must Have

• 8+ years of experience leading organizational change for large-scale projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and shared services environments
• Ability to manage priorities in a part-time, fast-paced setting
• Experience creating OCM deliverables: impact assessments, change plans, comms strategies
• Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid project environments

Preferred

• Prosci ADKAR or similar change management certification (required)
• Experience in higher education or similar public sector organizations
• Understanding of service management principles and metrics
