Night shift role with a focus on compassionate, confident leadership to support colleagues and the people we care for.

We’re looking for someone who can lead with compassion and confidence. You’ll bring experience in supporting others, along with an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and SSSC registration (or be ready to apply). With patience, reliability, and genuine warmth, you’ll help create an environment where both colleagues and the people we care for feel safe, respected, and valued.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the overnight team
• Providing personal care and reassurance when needed
• Administering medication and keeping accurate records
• Ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety for everyone in your care

Qualifications and Requirements

• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and SSSC registration (or be ready to apply)
• Christian faith and ability to work within and uphold CrossReach’s Christian ethos (this is an occupational requirement)
• PVG scheme membership and safeguarding checks as required
• Eligibility to work in the UK (UK Visas and Immigration permission checks apply)
