Qualifications

Our Ideal Candidate

Allnorth is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Civil Engineer to support our growing team in Saskatchewan. In this role, you’ll lead the design and execution of a variety of civil infrastructure projects, including land development, road design, drainage systems, water and wastewater treatment, and more. You’ll be responsible for scoping, budgeting, project management, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

A Day in the Life
  • Lead and manage the planning, design, and delivery of civil engineering projects across Saskatchewan
  • Perform technical assessments, inspections, and reviews
  • Prepare cost estimates, proposals, reports, designs, drawings, and specifications
  • Ensure high-quality standards, budget control, and adherence to schedules
  • Build and maintain client relationships and support business development efforts
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to EITs and junior staff
What You’ll Bring to the Team
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 8-12 years of relevant civil engineering experience, ideally in consulting
  • Must be registered (or eligible for registration) as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in the province of Saskatchewan
  • Strong experience with Civil 3D and design software would be preferred
  • Experience working with First Nations and rural communities is considered an asset
  • Experience with municipal infrastructure, land development, rural and urban roads, water/sewer systems, and grant funding applications is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and technical competence with a focus on detail
