What you'll do
  • Develop annual marketing plans and budgets against defined acquisition KPIs for PC Money Account
  • Bring to life marketing programs and mass campaigns throughout the year; including digital and offline tactics across earned, owned and paid media channels
  • Coach and lead direct reports, fostering a collaborative, engaging and high-performance environment with colleagues
  • Build strong a partnership with the Product Team and work in lock step on insights sharing, introducing new product features, value proposition frameworks and setting targets
  • Partner closely with the Digital Acquisition & Insights team to ensure the optimal strategy across digital and offline media channels to maximize our investments
  • Work in lockstep with both our external and internal agency partners to oversee all aspects of program development and execution (creative, media and PR)
  • Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams within PC Financial (Credit Risk, Finance, Internal Comms) and lead efforts to pursue acquisition opportunities across the broader enterprise (i.e. PC Optimum, Retail Banners); including representing the bank in enterprise-wide integrated campaigns
  • Execute a test and learn approach including ongoing refinement of customer collateral, website content and acquisition digital creative and communications
  • Proactively manage agency partners’ scope of work, budgets, and invoicing; as well as gathering feedback & approval for all deliverables while adhering to timelines
  • Manage review and approvals through legal process to achieve compliance objectives for customer facing communications
  • Lead efforts to initiate consumer research where necessary and bring new customer insights to life in marketing programs
  • Ownership of campaign reporting and sharing business results with marketing and product leadership
What you bring
  • University degree with a specialization in Marketing, Business or Commerce
  • 7-10 years of related marketing experience (experience working in financial services and deposit products an asset)
  • Proven track record marketing digital products with an acquisition focus
  • Experience working with and briefing creative, media and PR agencies
  • Customer centric view with experience mapping customer communication journeys
  • Ability to identify and quickly mediate issues that arise in projects, teams, and activities
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks and projects effectively within a defined timeline
  • Demonstrated ability to have impact across all levels, balancing conflicting interests and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong budget management, excellent time management skills
