A luxury all-inclusive resort in British Columbia is seeking a Marine Operations Manager to oversee the scheduling of guest activities and manage the marine operations team. Qualifications

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and fluent in English.
  • 2+ years in tourism, marine or resort experience required.
  • Transport Canada Marine Operator certificates an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Set expectations and hold Marine Operations team accountable.
  • Conduct scheduling, inventory control, and purchasing processes.
  • Coordinate marine activities including fishing and eco tours.
