What is the opportunity?
The Senior Manager, US Advisory Performance Management, Global Functions and T&O is a key member of the US Advisory Performance Management team, acting as the key Finance relationship manager for the nascent US Functions and Technology business leaders within Global Functions and Technology responsible for management reporting, financial planning, and analysis to support business leaders.
As the new management team in the US for RBC has been announced, there is a level of intensity working together across RBC as we look to provide further cost transparency involving significant cross platform collaboration and an individual with both an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset.
This role will appeal to individuals who want to work in a fast-paced area that has significant visibility and a high profile across RBC, who have an appetite for working in a forward looking and innovative environment who also thrive on challenges and want to over-achieve and make a real difference with the business.
