A leading professional services firm is looking for a Senior Manager in Tax Learning. The role involves shaping the learning strategy for the Tax practice nationally, designing and delivering impactful learning programs. Candidates should possess a CPA or LLB (tax), 8+ years of experience in Canadian Income Tax Client Services, and the ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders. This position offers a salary ranging from $104,000 to $156,500, along with bonus eligibility and a competitive benefits program.

As a Senior Manager, Tax Learning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning strategy for our Tax practice nationally. This position focuses on designing, delivering, and continuously improving learning programs that enhance technical excellence, leadership capabilities, and future-readiness for our tax professionals. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and the Learning & Development team to ensure our programs align with firm priorities and regulatory requirements while fostering an engaging and impactful learning experience.
This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues.
The expected base salary range for this position is $104,000 to $156,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
