As we scale, Behavox is looking for a hands-on Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our global hiring efforts. In this role, you will help shape how we attract, engage, and hire the world-class talent that powers our AI technology and fuels our continued growth.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll bring deep recruiting expertise and strong business acumen to help leaders across all functions build and scale a high performing, mission- and values-aligned workforce.

During the process we will begin by exploring salary and location, core experience and skills, and values alignment. We will then deep dive into the critical technical competencies we have identified for the role, and then we will deep dive in behavioral competencies. The most aligned candidate will be asked to complete a practical work task simulation activity to assess fit, typically discussed with a group of colleagues and managers. Finally we will meet with senior leaders to ensure an informed decision.
