  • Monitor, analyze, and report on competitor activities and industry trends. Communicate insights and strategic recommendations to senior management. Conduct research on lease providers and develop asset profiles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams—Regional General Managers, Team Leads, Account Managers, Marketing, Credit, Centralized Services, etc. Foster trust, facilitate teamwork, and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Communicate ideas and information clearly and diplomatically, especially on sensitive topics. Take initiative to resolve challenges creatively and judiciously.
  • Manage various sales and marketing projects. Plan and oversee budgets for community sponsorships, memberships, and related activities.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Your Team :

Joining our team means being part of a leader in equipment financing, working with diverse clients, tackling unique challenges, and delivering impactful solutions. The Senior Manager, Sales Operations reports to the Vice President, Direct Sales, and collaborates with Regional General Managers, Team Leads, Account Managers, Marketing, and other departments. • Bachelor’s degree in business or commerce (or equivalent post-secondary education)
  • Advanced knowledge of the leasing industry and corporate policies/procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to lead change and promote organizational growth
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Proven interpersonal skills for relationship-building at all levels
