We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to provide critical support to our regional sales teams and leadership—someone who thrives on driving results, building trust, and influencing change.
As Senior Manager, Sales Operations, you’ll be the key operational partner for our sales organization, playing a crucial role in compensation management, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. You’ll serve as the main point of contact between Sales and internal support functions—Marketing, Communications, Credit, Centralized Services, and more—ensuring seamless collaboration. You’ll also be involved in managing change initiatives impacting sales.
This is a strategic, hands-on role with no direct reports, suitable for a self-starter comfortable working independently at a senior level.
