Primary Duties
Sourcing & Competitive Processes
  • Manage end-to-end competitive procurement activities, such as preparing solicitation documents, coordinating bidding processes, evaluating vendor responses, and supporting negotiation efforts with suppliers.

  • Guide and facilitate supplier briefings or presentations as part of the evaluation process.

Internal Collaboration & Staff Support
  • Work with various departments to ensure their procurement needs are met in a compliant, organized manner.

  • Offer training and hands‑on guidance to employees on how to apply purchasing rules, procedures, and best practices.

  • Assist internal teams with navigating procurement workflows to ensure adherence to corporate requirements.

Contracting & Vendor Lifecycle
  • Coordinate reviews with legal, risk, and technical teams during onboarding, contract development, and vendor exit processes.

  • Prepare contract drafts using approved templates and ensure documents move efficiently through the approval and signature stages.

  • Oversee the contract repository and generate recurring status updates, metrics, and compliance reports.

Process Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to streamline procurement‑related tasks and champion automation or workflow improvements across the department.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field such as administration, supply chain, or a similar discipline.

  • Approximately 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract administration.

Skills & Knowledge
  • Solid understanding of purchasing principles, competitive sourcing, negotiation techniques, supplier management, and ethical procurement practices.

  • Proven ability to coordinate and execute complex competitive procurement processes from start to finish.

  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
