Our client, ranked among the top 25% of the most engaged companies globally, is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Solutions Delivery to lead strategic data initiatives, oversee technical teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders as a trusted advisor to define scope and outcomes.
• Oversee technical build teams to ensure quality, security, and compliance.
• Maintain technology roadmaps and manage backlog prioritization.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to delivery teams.
• Support application performance, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years in IT / data roles, including 5+ years in stakeholder-facing functions and 2+ years in project management.
• Strong experience in data management, integration, modelling, and quality practices.
• Hands-on expertise with Tableau and Informatica (required).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and data warehousing technologies.
• Strong grasp of data engineering principles, pipelines, and BI solutions.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile / Waterfall methodologies, and testing practices.
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
