As Senior Manager, Data Analytics, Technology & Reporting, the incumbent is responsible to design, develop and maintain the data strategy and insights roadmap to effectively capture, monitor and assess key performance metrics across assigned teams.
The Senior Manager will help advance the automation of existing reporting as well as build net new reporting, per the roadmap, through data gathering, analytics and reporting to drive meaningful insights from data collected and collaborate with stakeholders/partners to produce audience-specific reports.
Contribute to the overall success of Global Regulatory Operations and Internal Controls (GROIC) team, ensuring specific projects, goals, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the Team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Participate in the design, development and maintenance of a best in class management information system for tracking and reporting performance within GROIC.

Champion a customer-focused culture and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
Define, develop and maintain the data strategy, outlining key data requirements to enable robust analytics and reporting.
Maintain the technology roadmap that addresses short and long-term plans for technology enablement.
Establish reporting requirements and create audience-specific reports and dashboards.
Highlight and communicate root cause analysis, trends and risks to help inform changes to business processes.
Develop and foster relationships with internal business partners, including executive level, for the purposes of enhancing business effectiveness.
Document, analyze and improve existing business processes; developing new, as required, with the aim of increasing process efficiency, improving productivity and reducing costs.
Integrate automation and advanced technological solutions into operational processes and reporting.
Perform ad-hoc, special, and/or focused reporting, as well as other duties and projects as assigned.
Ability to interpret needs and deliverables with little direction, and in a constantly changing environment.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a quantitative discipline.
5+ years’ experience with a financial institution is preferred.
Advanced practical knowledge of SQL, proficiency in VBA, strong knowledge of data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI).
Strong working knowledge of trending, reporting, and delivering executive level dashboards.
Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple engagements and projects concurrently.
Ability to understand a business problem, devise an algorithm for its solution, design data architecture and write program code.
Experience in developing business requirements.
Expert knowledge of the MS Office suite of productivity applications.
Thorough knowledge of the Bank’s systems.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and good business judgment.
Strong written and oral skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Ability to focus on multiple initiatives concurrently to efficiently balance time & resource conflicts.
Ability to deal with highly sensitive/confidential issues ranging from policy to risk analysis to general support.
Positive attitude and ability to effectively work with team members in achieving common objectives.
Good interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with various levels of management, international offices and varying cultures and languages.
