Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT audit, internal controls, or compliance, focused on SOX compliance.
• Prior Big 4 accounting firm experience is an asset.
• Experience in leading IT SOX compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and coordination of the IT General Controls SOX Compliance program.
• Oversee and provide quality assurance over annual evaluations of design and operating effectiveness.
• Collaborate with external auditors during the audit process.
