Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT Audit including Big 4 and in-house roles.
• CPA, CISA or equivalent certification required.
• Prior SOX 404 experience mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of IT risk assessment and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead full IT SOX 404 lifecycle including planning and control testing.
• Assess ITGCs, cybersecurity, cloud security, and advise on control gaps.
• Develop IT audit methodologies and best practices for quality assurance.
• Partner cross-functionally with IT, Compliance, and Audit teams.
