The Senior Health & Safety Specialist supports the development, implementation, and management of site Health & Safety systems to ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement in safety performance and culture. This role partners closely with operations, leaders, and external agencies to build an interdependent safety culture in line with Ferrero Group standards. Acting as a subject matter expert, the Senior Specialist provides strategic guidance, develops advanced training programs, and ensures robust risk management across the facility.
