Role

Senior Full Stack Engineer, a vital member of the AI Applications team with expertise in microservices, SDKs, and focus on both frontend and backend development. You will work with our Multimodal AI Platform (MAP) to bridge customer success, product development, and engineering, delivering impactful AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate across teams, serving as the customer-facing Tech Lead while becoming an expert and champion of the Coactive platform.

What you’ll do

• Act as an expert and advocate for the Coactive product, demonstrating its capabilities and value.
• Collaborate with the product team and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful microservices using Python and FastAPI.
• Work with Platform and DevOps teams to deploy and manage services on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Provide technical guidance to prospects and customers, leading Proof-of-Value engagements and technical integrations.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical support to sales and solutions engineers.
• Maintain clear documentation and establish streamlined processes to enhance collaboration.

What we look for

• BS (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience in building distributed, scalable microservices with Python and FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles is preferred.
• Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders to develop solutions that drive customer success.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences, including delivering demos and product walkthroughs.
• Ability to mentor both technical and non-technical team members.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, including rapid prototyping and shipping GA products.
• Experience in building OpenAPI compliant SDKs is highly desirable.
