We're now looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help us scale our product to institutional standards. This is a hands-on role where you'll work across frontend and backend, shape technical decisions, and ship features that make a real impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, build, and maintain scalable frontend and backend systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI / quant teams to translate ideas into working features.
• Own system architecture decisions with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.
• Champion best practices in clean code, testing, CI / CD, and DevOps.
• Integrate AI / ML models and data pipelines into production workflows.
• Ensure compliance and data security standards are applied throughout development.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years in software engineering (Preferably in FinTech), with strong experience across frontend and backend.
• Expertise in modern web stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP / AWS), containers, and DevOps workflows.
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and database design.
• Familiarity with AI / ML integration, vector databases, or financial data a plus.
• Problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
• Clear communicator who can work across technical and non-technical teams.
