A leading insurance firm in York Region is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to manage financial and payroll operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders on regulatory reporting and provide valuable analysis for the sales bonus program. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and an Accounting/Finance designation. This role offers a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 or more years of experience in relevant field.
  • Experience in financial reporting in a SOX regulatory control environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace and changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quarter/month-end processes with business partners.
  • Support OSFI Reinsurance filing and partner with Risk Management.
  • Administer monthly sales bonus payments for the sales distribution team.
