Senior Financial Analyst FP&A - Ville St. Laurent (Office-first)

The Opportunity

As Senior Financial Analyst FP&A, you will be the strategic data engine driving key decisions across our Retail Stores channel. You will own the full financial planning lifecycle - from developing modeling workflows and contributing to month-end closure, to building budgets, forecasts, and strategic business plans. Join us in this high-visibility role where your rigorous analysis will have a direct influence on executive strategy and maximize profitability in a rapidly expanding retail environment.

Your Daily Adventures
  • Own the financial forecasts and budgets for the Retail Stores channel, including quantifying risks and opportunities.
  • Execute ongoing forecasting processes for 100+ locations, regularly reviewing sales, KPIs, and operating expenses against assumptions.
  • Manage and optimize the Store P&L, including managing labor modelling, bonus target setting, and reviewing actual costs.
  • Lead sales and performance management reporting, and provide support with weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytics and commentary on the channel's performance.
  • Ensure data quality for the month, quarter, and year-end close of books in collaboration with the Accounting team.
  • Provide financial expertise and guidance to business leaders and represent FP&A in cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Manage store capital expenditure processes, including reviewing actuals and forecasting.
Your Toolkit
  • University degree in Finance, with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Finance (five in a similar FP&A capacity).
  • Highly proficient in accounting systems; NetSuite experience is a significant asset.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and lead projects to completion and represent FP&A in cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing comprehensive solutions.
  • Highly adaptable, quick learner, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks within tight deadlines and ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate across departments and global teams.
  • Dependable, solution-oriented, and demonstrates the capacity to adhere to deadlines under pressure.
