Job Outline :
Reporting to the Manager, Financial Accounting and Reporting, the Senior Financial Analyst will be an integral member of the financial reporting team performing a range of professional accounting activities including analysis and reporting of hospital financial results, including assistance in the preparation of financial statements for the year-end audit. The incumbent will work autonomously to analyze financial results and work with Managers of an assigned Program or Business Units to interpret and present the financial impact of operational decisions as well as identify areas of process improvement by providing evidence based information to execute decisions and monitor results. The incumbent will review processes and identify / implement changes as required to ensure efficient, timely and quality information reporting as well as a wide range of professional accounting activities.
