Role Purpose: The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in leading the financial management of Wolfe Heavy Equipment, while also supporting Parmerit Inc (an associate company). This position ensures accurate forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Acting as a key business partner across departments, the Senior Financial Analyst provides financial insights, monitors performance metrics, and upholds compliance with internal controls. Through strong analytical capabilities and cross-functional collaboration, this role contributes to daily success and long-term growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial management of our Wolfe Heavy Equipment division and assist with the same for Parmerit Inc. including forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative functions of both companies
  • Monitor and report on manufacturing performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies
  • Analyze trends and variances to provide actionable insights to operations leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Engineering, Assembly, Procurement, Sales, Service and HR
  • Support strategic initiatives through detailed financial modeling and reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing finance role

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with abas ERP or Jobboss (E2) is preferred
