Position

Senior Events Officer – Full-time

Summary

The Senior Events Officer will be responsible for organising and delivering events that are part of the Brunel University of London portfolio. This role will involve managing projects from conception to delivery including evaluation to ensure activities are aligned with the University’s strategic plan. The events portfolio includes, but is not limited to, Institutional/VIP events, Graduation events, research and engagement events, recruitment events and student and staff events.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with colleagues across the University and with external agencies and suppliers.
• Serve as a leading events management specialist and liaison on all events management issues.
• Act as the point of liaison on all events management issues, reporting to the Associate Director of Events.
• Focus on delivering recruitment events programme, including Open Days and Applicant Days, in person and online.

Location: Brunel University of London, Uxbridge Campus.
Hours: Full-time.

Salary and Contract

Salary: Grade 7: £40,757 to £47,921 inclusive of London Weighting, with potential to progress to £52,067 per annum through sustained exceptional contribution (pro‑rata if part‑time).
Contract Type: Permanent.
