A global green solutions business is seeking a Senior Enterprise Systems Administrator responsible for administering enterprise platforms like SharePoint and Citrix ShareFile. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification and experience with document management systems in infrastructure projects. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are essential. The Senior Enterprise Systems Administrator is a technical subject matter expert role responsible for the administration, configuration, migration and day-to-day support of Fortescue’s enterprise platforms, including the Project Information Management System (PIMS), SharePoint and Citrix ShareFile. Fortescue enterprise platforms include modules for Document Control, Cost Control, Change Management, Contract Management, Engineering workflows, Completions & Commissioning and the Supplier Portal.
This role provides deep system knowledge, troubleshooting capability, training and technical support to teams. Working closely with IT, vendors, and system Super-Users, the administrator ensures systems are secure, reliable and aligned with Fortescue’s “configure, not customise” approach.
A major focus of this role is supporting system migration and consolidation programs, including planning, testing, data migration, and cutover activities.
