Kepler is seeking a Director, Spectrum and Regulatory Affairs to lead our global regulatory strategy and execution. This leader will secure and protect spectrum access for our space missions and manage government relations all while shaping policy across U.S., Canadian, and international forums. You will lead a small team, serve as the primary advisor on regulatory matters to Kepler\'s executive team, and present regularly to the board of directors on policy risk, spectrum strategy, and compliance.
