We are seeking a motivated, experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team and help ensure our front office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing patient appointments, scheduling, and rescheduling as needed
  • Handling phone and email inquiries with professionalism and a patient-centric approach
  • Overseeing patient intake and ensuring that records are properly updated
  • Processing insurance claims and payments, and ensuring that billing is accurate and timely
  • Managing and mentoring administrative staff, ensuring a cohesive and efficient office environment
  • Assisting with the coordination of marketing and patient outreach initiatives
  • Liaising with dental staff and providers to ensure patient care is smooth and well-coordinated
  • Implementing and improving office systems and workflows to enhance efficiency
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing administrative teams
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Open Dental, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of dental billing and insurance claims processes
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
