Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in cost control within construction projects.
  • Knowledge of Project Financial Status Reports and Earned Revenue Determination Data.
  • Strong understanding of cost control systems and project management principles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to project controls, procurement and construction teams.
  • Develop and maintain project cost control systems.
  • Implement cost recording and reporting processes.
  • Assist with change management and risk management activities.

Skills

Cost Control experience in construction
Knowledge of financial reporting systems
Strong knowledge of Project Management principles
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented and problem solver

Education

College and/or University degree in Engineering or related field
Accreditation from PMI, AACEI or CIQS
