Qualifications

  • Minimum of eight to ten years’ legal experience as a Corporate Law Clerk/Paralegal in Ontario.
  • Capacity to work proactively and independently, as well as in teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to analyze legal documents.

Responsibilities

  • Complete minute book reviews of various entity types in electronic format.
  • Identify corporate data issues for minute books and records.
  • Maintain currency and integrity of corporate materials in databases.
