A leading waste management company in Kitchener is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee Circular Materials programs, ensuring compliance and effective contract management. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and at least five years of relevant experience. In this role, you will oversee and support the contracts associated with Circular Materials & RLG programs. You will help ensure operations follow contract compliance, while also keeping contract information accurate and up to date. You will research and analyze data, prepare reports, billing and data as needed and act as a key advisor on all contract-related questions with Area Public Sector Solutions. This position plays an important role in helping our teams deliver compliant, efficient, and well managed services.
A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business Administration, Public Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of previous system and contract management experience (in addition to education requirements).
