What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Consultant in our Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) practice, you will:

  • Support the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud SCM modules (Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Maintenance, and Service Management) for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess client business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design Oracle-based SCM solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Participate in all phases of the project life cycle, from scoping and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Conduct functional analysis, process design, and system configuration activities.
  • Draft and review business and solution documentation, and support knowledge transfer and training sessions for client teams.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of Oracle solutions.
  • Stay current with Oracle Cloud advancements and contribute to the continuous improvement of our consulting services.
  • Support practice development initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Enough about you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle SCM (Manufacturing, Inventory, Cost Management, Maintenance, Service Management), including at least 2+ years in a consulting environment.
  • Hands-on experience with at least 2 full life cycle Oracle SCM Cloud implementations.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and supply chain operations.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, system configuration, and functional analysis.
  • Familiarity with integration tools (OIC, RESTful APIs) and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) is an asset.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications in relevant modules are considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and technical teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required for projects.
Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
