Job summary

A leading HR technology company is seeking a Sr. Client Implementation Specialist based in Montreal to manage client onboarding and implementation processes. You will liaise with clients, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support during the setup of our HR solutions. Candidates should have strong analysis, project management capabilities, and knowledge of Canadian payroll practices. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• PCP or CPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage new clients and manage full implementation phase.
• Act as main point of contact during implementation.
• Consult with clients to determine payroll and HR needs.
