Responsibilities

• Oversee cost control, forecasting, scheduling, and documentation.
• Lead procurement, negotiate contracts, and manage subcontractors.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
• Drive project closeout and conduct debriefs.
