Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating experience in civil construction, roadbuilding, infrastructure, asphalt, concrete, or related fields.
• Project management experience managing civil projects from tender through completion.
• Proficiency with estimating software such as Bid2Win (B2W) or CostX.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil infrastructure projects.
• Manage awarded projects from start to finish, including scheduling and procurement.
• Lead the end-to-end estimating and tender submission process.
