Qualifications

• Experience in consulting on land development and/or municipal design is an asset.
• Knowledge of construction projects is beneficial.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft engineering/construction drawings for development projects.
• Create plans and 3D drawings using civil 3D.
• Interpret and implement standards from regulatory bodies.
• Maintain client relationships during projects.
• Supervise construction sites and keep up with design tools.
