An exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative and dynamic experienced Registered Nurse to work alongside the current Senior Charge Nurse to lead the nursing team within the Clinical Intervention Unit at Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing team within the Clinical Intervention Unit, working alongside the Senior Charge Nurse.
• Provide strong clinical, theoretical and practical leadership, ensuring a high standard of nursing care.
• Deliver change through effective visible clinical leadership and support the Clinical Nurse Manager in delivering key local and national agendas.
• Manage and develop the performance of the dedicated nursing team, contributing to NHS Fife’s organisational objectives.
• Support the Duty Charge Nurse role and contribute to the wider site.

Qualifications

• Significant Band 6 Charge Nurse experience.
• Evidence of ability to inspire and motivate a team and a passion for safe, highly effective, person‑centred care.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, capable of working in a dynamic environment.
