What you will be doing
- Business Requirements & Backlog Management: Review, refine, and finalize business requirements; manage product backlog items to enhance customer experiences and support business goals.
- Risk & Gap Assessment: Identify, assess, and escalate risks and gaps throughout the development lifecycle, seeking guidance from IT leadership when required.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Actively inform and engage key stakeholders on product and service development to ensure alignment, collaboration, and timely communication.
- System Capability Assessment: Evaluate system capabilities and translate complex business requirements into clear, detailed technical specifications for new programs and systems.
- Solution Analysis: Develop and present potential solutions and recommended approaches through impact, feasibility, and value analysis.
- Integration & Vendor Collaboration: Partner with internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, solutions, and decisions while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
- Technical Leadership & Coaching: Provide guidance and technical coaching to Digital Platform Analysts, business stakeholders, and project team members to support successful delivery of initiatives.
