As a Senior Business Analyst on the Digital Health team, you will play a key role in improving data quality and optimizing processes that support Nova Scotia’s provincial digital health systems. Reporting to one of our Digital Health Program Managers, you’ll collaborate with clinical and IT professionals to design, deliver, monitor, and continuously enhance digital health solutions—particularly the Drug Information System (DIS). Your work will help ensure these systems are reliable, efficient, and responsive to the needs of healthcare providers and patients across the province.
The role requires you to work within the disciplines of both Health and Information Technology (IT). You have a bachelor’s degree in a related field (a Health-related discipline, Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology) and 6 or more years of progressive experience working with health systems (pharmacy preferred) and/or IT systems. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
You have substantial business knowledge related to Health information technology (ideally experience working with pharmacy management systems and/or the DIS). Familiarity with these and other digital health systems, such as Public Health Information systems (Panorama or CanImmunize) or Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) is an asset.

Salary Range: $3,107.16 - $3,649.33 Bi-Weekly
