Qualifications

  • 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in building assessment or a similar role.
  • Professional certification (e.g., BSS, P.Eng., or equivalent) is an asset.
  • Ability to work at heights utilizing suspended access equipment.
  • Valid drivers’ license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of building components and systems.
  • Develop a 10-year budget forecast for maintenance and capital improvements.
  • Create and maintain an inventory list of mechanical equipment.
  • Prepare comprehensive Building Condition Assessment reports.
