A regional accounting firm is seeking a Senior Associate to oversee client engagements, manage the preparation of tax returns, and mentor junior associates. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounting, preferably in public accounting, and is skilled in communication and technology. Senior Associates work on client engagements in a variety of industries and lines of business, assist on larger client engagements, and perform most work assigned with a minimum level of assistance. They train and lead Associates, instruct them in work to be performed, review the work completed, provide feedback, and direct necessary revisions. Senior Associates must have excellent organizational skills as they coordinate several engagements simultaneously while meeting set deadlines.
