The Merchant Team is at the core of DoorDash. It is one of the largest teams in the company and drives many facets of our business, including growth and revenue. Our mission on the Merchant Strategy & Ops team is to offer best-in-class restaurant selection, develop innovative services for our merchants to grow their businesses, and help our partners operate seamlessly.
We are seeking an action-oriented operator who loves leveraging data to solve problems. Joining our Merchant Growth team, you will focus on sustainably increasing merchant sales by optimizing promotion strategies, managing product go-to-market plans, and incubating new ideas to support merchant growth. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing promotion strategies, optimizing existing promotions, managing a significant budget for efficient growth, and leading initiatives that accelerate merchant business growth.
