Job summary

A leading workforce solutions company is seeking a financial analyst in Toronto with a hybrid schedule. The role includes key responsibilities such as month-end activities, budgeting, and financial reporting. Schedule

  • In-Office : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

  • Remote : Wednesday, Friday

  • Duration : 1 year (potential extension up to 18 months)

  • Pay -$50.43 / hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Month-end activities, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
  • Financial reporting to senior leadership
  • Financial counsel to business units
  • Lead financial support for VP / Director groups
  • Streamline analytics and reporting processes
  • Support SOX controls and audit requirements
  • Drive process and system enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • University degree in Business (required)
  • CPA / CMA / CA / CGA / MBA (preferred)
  • 5+ years in business performance analytics
  • Strong financial modeling and SAP / Oracle experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience in regulatory environments (preferred)
